New to our range and perfect for Christmas, Birthdays and weddings are our rich, fruit cupcakes. Made to our own recipe with a mouth-watering blend of plump mixed fruits, spice and brandy and finished with our own soft almond paste and icing, these cakes can be produced as mini loaf cakes (as shown in the photographs) or as traditional cupcakes (above) with decorations to suit any occasion.
Created for those who enjoy the luxury of traditional, rich fruitcake and the light, spongy texture of cupcakes.
We are also proud to introduce our new carrot cupcakes, with a wonderfully light, melt in the mouth, texture yet packed with pecan nuts and succulent sultanas.
These cupcakes can be finished with either a vanilla or cream cheese topping (made to our own unique recipes) together with decoration to suit individual requirements.
